To save you counting, Tottenham have provided the most England debutantes since the 1998 World Cup (which this list covers) with six. Aston Villa and Charlton have provided five each with four coming from Arsenal, Leeds and West Ham respectively.
Carson could technically be counted for Liverpool as well, as he is their player.

ReplyDeleteTechnically Chris, yes, as can Ben Foster for Manchester United, however in both cases it was their performances for the clubs that had them on loan that earned them their call up.
